2.1 Inactive Accounts

The Service reserves the right to terminate any account that remains inactive for a period of two (2) months or more. For the purposes of this policy, an "inactive account" is defined as an account that has not utilized the Services's proxy services within the specified timeframe. In the event of account termination due to inactivity, any remaining balance in the account, regardless of the amount, shall be forfeited. The Service maintains a strict no-refund policy for such circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

F.A.T. Proxy operates on a pay-as-you-go model, charging users based on the actual volume of traffic used. This eliminates the need for fixed subscription plans and provides complete flexibility. Accepted Payment Methods may vary and list of available payment methods available during payment process. To use Services your balance should have positive amount.

4. Prohibited Uses

Users of Service services are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or unauthorized access to third-party systems. Performing fraudulent actions, such as creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, including but not limited to actions by third parties.
• Using proxies to violate intellectual property rights or distribute malicious content (e.g., viruses, malware).
• Taking actions that compromise the integrity, security, or performance of Service infrastructure.
• Service reserves the right to monitor usage and block specific IP addresses or ports to maintain the safety and reliability of the service and to avoid prohibited use of Service.

5. Privacy Policy

Data Collected During Registration:

We collect the user agent and IP address during account creation to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.

Data Collected During Use:

Temporary logs of connection details, including destinations accessed through proxies, are maintained for traffic measurement and accounting. Logs are automatically deleted after their purpose is fulfilled.

8. System Disruptions and Failures

• Failures in telecommunication equipment that prevent data transmission.
• Blockage of The Service's proxy system due to force majeure events, such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, or terrorist attacks, rendering it inoperable.
• Service interruptions or delays caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures in the telecommunications sector, website upgrades, banking issues, or similar unforeseen circumstances.

In any of these situations, The Service cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform or associated Internet services.
